High pressure solenoid valve is a kind of valve that plays a role of pipeline control in high pressure environment. It is usually composed of coil, core, valve and sealing materials and other parts, mainly by changing the size of the magnetic field generated within the solenoid coil to drive the valve switch, so as to achieve the regulation of media input or output.
High Pressure Solenoid Valve Working Principle
High pressure solenoid valve is mainly composed of solenoid, valve body, piston, spring and other parts. When the high-pressure gas or liquid through the valve body into the high-pressure solenoid valve, the electromagnet through the current excitation, attracting the valve body on the piston, so that the valve is open, the fluid can flow. When the solenoid stops the excitation, the spring on the valve body pushes the piston back to the original position, making the valve closed, preventing the flow of fluid.
