The difference between electric regulating valve and electric regulating ball valve

Both electric regulating valves and electric regulating ball valves can regulate the pressure and flow rate of the valve medium. 2. Principle of electrically adjustable ball valve

Electric V-shaped regulating ball valve is a rotary ball valve with a core seat made of metal or metal with PTFE sealing fit. It combines the optimal control characteristics of ball valve and butterfly valve into one, and can be used as both a control regulating valve and a shut-off valve. Its main characteristics are:
(1) A one-piece valve body without any pipe joints, therefore not affected by pipeline or bolt stress, and because the valve body has no pipe joints, the pressure resistant shell will not be affected by pressure “sudden changes”;
(2) Equipped with a V-shaped valve body, it can ensure precise control over the entire range even in low flow or high viscosity media;
(3) The leak proof and durable valve seat is lined with a PTFE cup or O-ring with a stainless steel inner core at its outer diameter. The valve seat is made of tungsten cobalt hard alloy with a larger cross-section, and the structure of the valve seat is further reinforced by an alloy corrugated spring;
(4) When the valve is closed, a wedge-shaped shear effect is generated between the V-shaped notch and the valve seat, which has both self-cleaning function and can prevent the ball core from getting stuck. It is particularly suitable for pipeline scaling and freezing, or for situations containing fiber and particle solids.

Suitable for high viscosity, suspension, pulp and other unclean, fiber containing media. The direct connection method is used to connect with the actuator, which has the advantages of compact structure, small size, light weight, low resistance, stable and reliable action.
