It is available in flanged stainless steel variants, including 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, and bronze/brass body styles. The solenoid valve can operate in either normally open or normally closed configurations. The shading coil materials include copper (in brass body) and silver (in stainless steel body), ensuring reliable performance and durability.

Description
The 2 Way 2 Position Flange End Solenoid Valve operates by energizing the pilot solenoid valve, causing the valve rod to lift under electromagnetic force and opening the pilot valve port. This action depressurizes the upper chamber of the solenoid valve via the pilot hole, creating a high and low-pressure difference around the main valve core. As a result, fluid pressure pushes the main valve core upward, opening the main valve port. When power is disconnected, the valve rod resets, and the pilot hole closes due to spring force and the gravity of the main valve core. Consequently, the main valve core moves downward, closing the main valve port. Additionally, when the upper chamber pressure of the solenoid valve increases, the fluid pressure pressurizes the main valve core, improving sealing.
This valve finds applications in various industries, including pumps, laundry machines, irrigation systems, compressors, pollution controls, and heating systems utilizing high or low-pressure steam. It is also suitable for use in spraying equipment and air and water treatment systems.
