Manual Wafer Type Cast Iron Butterfly Valve With Handle
The product has reasonable structural design, light weight, fast opening and closing speed, and labour-saving operation. The valve flap adopts frame structure with high strength, large flow through area and small flow resistance. Its structure includes ring valve seat, elastic liner and butterfly plate, the valve shaft rotates 90 ° to achieve flow regulation and media cut-off. The valve seat adopts elastic sealing design to ensure reliable sealing. The valve stem is designed as inverted sealing down bearing structure, even if the valve cavity is abnormally pressurised, the valve stem will not be washed out.
The valve adopts double eccentric structure, reliable sealing performance, the more closed the tighter. The overall baking paint treatment can effectively prevent rust and corrosion, replacement of sealing materials can be applied to different media. The valve has a two-way sealing function, the installation is not affected by the medium flow direction and space location, can be installed in any direction.
The design solves the problem of sliding contact friction of the sealing surface of the traditional eccentric butterfly valve at the moment of opening and closing at 0°~10°, and realises the separation of the sealing surface when the butterfly plate is opened and the sealing when it is closed, thus prolonging the service life and optimising the sealing performance.
