Manual Corrosion-Resistant UPVC Butterfly Valve is designed to meet the needs of various corrosive pipeline fluids, using the butterfly plate rotating with the rod as the opening and closing parts. The valve because of its plastic material has the butterfly valve not only small size, simple structure, light weight, corrosion resistance and other advantages, compact and beautiful structure, convenient installation. It is widely used in many industries, suitable for non-toxic sanitary conditions, with wear-resistant, easy to dismantle and maintenance is simple and so on, to achieve the opening and closing of the valve and adjustment. Compared with the gate valve with the same parameters, UPVC butterfly valve weight reduced by 30% to 50%, and the butterfly plate can be rotated 90 degrees to complete the opening and closing process. Due to the rotating shaft on both sides of the butterfly plate media force is approximately equal and opposite torque, opening and closing torque is small.
The valve body of UPVC butterfly valve is made of PVC, CPVC, UPVC and other materials, which has excellent chemical corrosion resistance. The sealing seat is made of EPDM (EPDM) or FPM (Fluoroelastomer), which provides good sealing performance and is resistant to oil, heat, flame, sunlight, ozone, acids, alkalis, and chemical reagents.
