Eccentric Half-ball Valve (Eccentric Half-ball Valve) is a kind of industrial valve, which is successfully developed by absorbing and integrating the advanced technology at home and abroad. Its design feature is that the ball is not located in the centre of the valve, but is installed eccentrically. The metal ball crown is fixed on the eccentric sphere, and the valve is opened and closed by rotating the eccentric crankshaft by 90 degrees. This design effectively reduces the friction and wear of the ball during operation, and is particularly suitable for the transport of easily scaled media. The hemispherical part of the valve fixes the metal crown on the eccentric sphere, and assembles different alloy crowns on the sphere, and the valve seat also overlays the alloy accordingly, and after special treatment, the sealing surface is equipped with anti-corrosion, abrasion-resistant and high-temperature-resistant and other characteristics, which can satisfy the needs of different working conditions. The valve seat and ball crown are designed with a certain amount of compensation, so that when the valve seat is worn out, a slight rotation when closing can still maintain a reliable seal, thus extending the service life of the valve and improving the operational efficiency. Eccentric half ball valves are widely used in industrial fields that require frequent operation and strict flow control, such as paper mills, waste water treatment and petrochemical and other fluid control systems.
